About Todd Saldaña

Todd is experienced in all aspects of the soccer industry. He started as a youth player, reaching the international levels, and later was scouted at 17 years old to the adult professional level. After his playing career, he excelled in Coaching, Scouting, and Directing for UCLA, the U.S. Youth National Team, U.S. Men's National Team, and Major League Soccer (MLS). Todd has led, built, and implemented Player Development Structures, Talent Identification and Acquisition Systems, Coaching Development Strategies, and Individual Player Development Programs and Player Pathways throughout his decades of experience in the soccer world.
